Tonsillitis may have stopped Barnaby Webber from completing the Beyond London Ultra event a few weeks ago, but at the weekend, he completed the distance of 55km and has raised over £1300 in sponsorship! Remember Tom & Murray who ran from Mansfield Town Football Club to Huddersfield back in April? Well tonight sees them begin their next epic challenge - the Wainwright Coast to Coast - 190miles finishing on Sunday! The first group matches are over, so it's time for the first update in the predictor competition! Congratulations to Ed B who is currently leading the way on 8 points, but there's still a long way to go so it could all change! Tied scores are currently ordered alphabetically by name until the group stages are over and the tie break will come into play!
Happy Birthday to the NHS - 77 years of providing care to all! We are especially grateful for all the care provided on Neonatal Units across the country, particularly at King's Mill Neonatal Unit and Bassetlaw Special Care Baby Unit - thank you to everyone who works on those units.
We have extended to deadline to enter the Euro 2025 Predictor Competition to Wednesday 2nd July at 12noon but entries and payments must be received by then to be included. Get those entries to us to be in with a chance of winning!
There are still a few days left to enter our Euro 2025 Predictor Competition - payment and entries need to be with us by 6pm on Tuesday 1st July. Join the fun whether you like football or not! All you need to know is on the form!
It was lovely to meet Ben, Charlotte and Harrison today and to receive a cheque for £1500 raised by the staff at Linney. Charlotte nominated us to be the beneficiaries of Linney's fundraising after she spent time on the Neonatal Unit at King's Mill with Harrison last year. Thank you to all who contributed, to Charlotte for nominating us and to Ben for choosing us and arranging the presentation!
**EDIT** We are sorry to hear that Barnaby has come down with Tonsillitis and has had to pull out of tomorrow's event. He will complete the distance once he is recovered so donations will still be welcomed! Get well soon, Barnaby!![]()

Barnaby Repper experienced life on the Neonatal Unit at King's Mill with his daughter last year and tomorrow will be taking on his first Ultra Marathon - running 55km in the Beyond London Ultra event. We are delighted that Barnaby is doing this to raise money for us. Wishing him lots of luck and please keep safe in the heat! It's that time of year again - Predictor Time! As the Lionesses seek to retain their title at Euro 2025, we are giving you the opportunity to enter our prediction competition.
