Today is Kangaroo Care Day and to help celebrations, all babies at King's Mill Neonatal Unit and Bassetlaw Special Care Baby Unit will receive a kangaroo themed book, thanks to your supp#kcd2026D#kangaroocaredayreDay
Friday is Kangaroo Care Day and we would love to spread awareness and celebrate by sharing some photographs of our lovely supporters demonstrating Kangaroo Care. If you have any photos of you, your partner, siblings or anyone having Kangaroo Care with your baby that you are happy to be shared on our Social Media, then please pop them in an email to Clare - admin@emilyharrisfoundation.org and then make sure you visit our Social Media pages on Friday! #kcd2026

We have been lucky to secure one place through the Charity Ballot for the London Marathon in 2027 and applications are now open if you would like to be considered to run for us! We had a visit back to the unit at King’s Mill from Isla-Mae with her mummy, daddy and nanna today and they brought with them over £850 raised through an Easter Chocolate Bingo event! It is always lovely to see families and especially when they choose to fundraise for us - we really do appreciate it. Thank you to everyone who supported the event!
Every family on the Neonatal Unit at King's Mill and the Special Care Baby Unit at Bassetlaw got an Easter gift bag today thanks to your generous support! We can't do what we do without you!
