Launay’s Charity Night – 1st February 2019!

Category : Events

We are very excited to announce we have booked a Charity Night at Launay’s Restaurant & Bar for Friday 1st February 2019, 7 for 7.30pm.  Tickets are now on sale for £25 which includes a 3-course-meal.  For anyone unfamiliar with Launay’s it is a beautiful restaurant serving a fusion of English and French cuisine to a very high standard.  Please do have a look at their website which includes sample menus.

Whilst this is still a few months away, we thought we would start selling tickets now so that people don’t have to worry about the cost after Christmas!  It also gives us something to look forward to during the cold, dark, winter months!  For more information and to buy tickets, please email Clare – admin@emilyharrisfoundation.org.

Do you use the Stagecoach Buses?

Category : Events

For many years we have supported parents on the unit by paying for their bus travel.  This has been done through the use of National Transport Tokens.  However, these are no longer going to be valid after 31 October.  We have a number of tokens which have been paid for by the charity and which are not going to be used by parents.  We would love to be able to reclaim some of the potential losses so if you are a regular user of the bus and would be interested in buying some tokens from us that you can then use for your travel during October, we’d love to hear from you!

The Twitter Competition:

Tweet your photo message, making sure you include @EmHFoundation and
the #ILoveSmallCharities hashtag. You must also mention @SCWeek18 in your tweet so all of
our entries are acknowledged and counted.

characters making sure you include @EmHFoundation, @SCWeek18 and the
#ILoveSmallCharities hashtag
